Phoenix Theatre Ensemble’s new interactive adaptation of the Kenneth Grahame's The Wind in the Willows is a tale of river life and friendship. The adaptation is entertainment for all ages confirming the power of close friends and the courage to make a difference in the lives of others. Performed under the canopy tent in the garden of the Hopper House, rain or shine.

In a fusion of absurd clown and escape room, audiences must race against the clock to help a blundering sleeper agent recover his lost memories and save the world. An hour of retro thriller meets looney toons meets ASMR, jam-packed with bizarre and frenetic crowdwork, as an audience of initiate spies cracks codes, defuses doomsday devices, and tries to follow one simple rule: Don’t talk about spy show.

All Sam wants to do is get home for Christmas, but he has to work.  He's a struggling actor, who takes reservations for one of NYC's hottest restaurants.  He faces a constant stream of callers: socialites, celebrities, and desperate diners, all clamoring for a table.  And then, of course, there's the dysfunctional restaurant staff and a chef who's a first class narcissist. We get to meet them all, and they are all played by the same actor with sharp wit and impeccable timing. A hilarious and exhilarating one actor play.

THE ANGEL NYACK

Barkin/Selissen Project, a NYC-based contemporary dance company founded in 2009, blurs lines between the emotional and intellectual, dream worlds and waking states. With dramatic shifts from nuance to explosive athleticism, Artistic Directors Kyla Barkin and Aaron Selissen’s choreography infuses fresh perspective on complex subjects and cross-topic collaborations in areas such as mathematics, linguistics and human nature.

Girl meets boy, girl loves boy, boy is disinherited and banished, girl follows, impersonates male love therapist, schools boy in love, boy almost dies in a Tiger fight, girl faints, girl reveals she's not a boy but just a girl in love.

CLARA CROFT: RUNE TRADER SATURDAY, OCT 17, 2026 3pm

A fast-paced solo comedy adventure packed with ancient mystery, cartoon-style action, sharp humour, and a touch of feminism. Clara Croft races to recover a priceless amulet stolen from the Egyptian Museum in Cairo — in a story that gained eerie relevance when a similar real-world theft occurred just weeks after the script was completed. Dynamic, witty, and wildly entertaining, this is adventure theatre at full speed.

Take 4 Brilliant Playwrights and ask them to write a short play. Take one group of Courageous Actors to Perform these plays sight unseen. Put the names of the actors in one hat. Put the names of characters in the play in another hat. Now the casting begins — pull the name of an actor Out of the Hat. Pull the character description Out of the Hat. Give the actors a script which they have never seen before and 5 minutes to prepare before presenting a fully staged reading. A wild, unpredictable, often hilarious evening of new works!

How do we solve the gun crisis in America? Holly knows! You should hand her all of your semi-automatic, automatic, and other “matic” items! In “Gimme Your Guns” directed by Lauren Winnenberg, Holly Souchack lays out her brilliant and not at all wild plan to solve our problems here in the states. Of course, as a true democracy does, there will be a vote at the end. So, if Holly can’t convince you she’s incredibly responsible and will handle your arms perfectly, you can vote no. Giver her your guns, already!

A reconstruction of Shakespeare’s classic twins farce. The story of two twins separated at birth who reunite through a series of wild mishaps based on mistaken identities, wrongful beatings, near-seductions, arrests and false accusations of infidelity, theft, madness, and demonic possession.
