Take 4 Brilliant Playwrights and ask them to write a short play. Take one group of Courageous Actors to Perform these plays sight unseen. Put the names of the actors in one hat. Put the names of characters in the play in another hat. Now the casting begins — pull the name of an actor Out of the Hat. Pull the character description Out of the Hat. Give the actors a script which they have never seen before and 5 minutes to prepare before presenting a fully staged reading.
